ScrollNavigator is a small application that simplifies the function of scrolling up/down or left/right through documents and pages using the horizontal and vertical side bars. It does not seem very useful if you have a scroll wheel on your mouse, but it is. It works like the scrolling hand in PDF viewers, especially handy if you are using a laptop or notebook. The user just needs to right-click the mouse and drag it into the wanted direction of the page or document. ScrollNavigator works in any standard Windows application, such as Office, browsers, image viewers, etc.
A disadvantage is that users must add to ScrollNavigator the program where you want it to be present.
The program also increases the speed of the scroll wheel when scrolling through large documents or pages. Additionally, it enables you to scroll horizontally too, which is not really supported by most devices.
The current version includes full compatibility with Windows 7, enhanced performance in Windows Vista, plus 64-bit system support. Now, by pressing Ctrl + right click you can disable scrolling navigation. Also, the application no longer supports versions of Windows previous to XP.
